Steamed Cake with Gelatin

This steamed cake has a large gelatin center to make it refreshing. Soft and moist steamed cake with smooth gelatin textures can be enjoyed. It is great served cold and can be recommended as a hot summer snack.

Production Processes:
① Dispensing the cups
② Depositing the batter (System Depoly (piston type depositor/outwards rotating rotor type depositor) (with a cutting wire))
③ Applying the topping of gelatins
④ Steaming (10 min) (Fine Up Tunnel Steamer)
