A baked cookie with a light texture and great aroma of nuts. The combination of dough and how it is deposited can increase the variation.

① Dispensing the dough (Stencil Cookie Machine)
② Baking (17 min) (Tunnel Oven)
③ Cooling (ambient (natural) cooling for 15 min)
④ Depositing the filling
⑤ Sandwich the filling
- Single: 3g, Sandwiched: 10g (dough: 7g, filling: 3g)
- Single: φ46mm×H6mm, Sandwiched: φ46mm×H13mm
- [Meringue dough (base)] granulated sugar, egg white, roasted almond powder, cream of tartar
[Dough (common to both single and sandwiched)] meringue dough, 1.5 - 2.5mm sized roasted almonds
[Filling] sweet chocolate coating, sweet chocolate
