About the Clean Cooling Tunnel
The Clean Cooling Tunnel cools down products hygienically while maintaining quality by preventing moisture from vaporizing and the products from drying out.
1. Efficiently cools down products while maintaining quality
The machine adopts an airflow circulation system that convects almost perpendicularly to the conveyor direction (cold air is blown from one side and suctioned from the other side). The airflow is moderated to ensure efficient cooling without a strong cold wind blowing directly on products.
2. High level of cleanliness
HEPA filters ensure high level of cleanliness of less than Class 5,500 in the cooling tunnel. The filters also prevent the adhesion of mold and bacteria.
3. Easy-to-clean structure
The transparent openable cover is easy to clean and prevents dust and condensation from falling by not placing the equipment above the conveyor surface.
4. Works with various products
The machine works for cooling a variety of products, whether baked or steamed.
