Machine for ayuyaki and dorayaki

SHINKO SEIKA replaced a half automated machine for a line in June 2017. Ohatsuo, their main ayuyaki product, and Mino Kagami dorayaki are produced efficiently by switching the configuration of the line.
“The baked color and quality have stabilized, and we think we’re manufacturing great products. Especially for dorayaki, we reviewed the baking method and formula at the time we replaced the machine, and we can boast that it is very delicious.”
SHINKO SEIKA also mentioned that they would like to expand their sales channels after an increased production system is set up.

Automatic ayuyaki machine

Since we delivered this machine in 1981, it has been producing Hiayu, their popular product, for over 35 years. “The flavors are plain, strawberry, and chocolate, which is limited for the Valentine period. The customers seem to like this small size.”
SHINKO SEIKA also mentioned that they would like to expand their sales channels after an increased production system is set up.
