Masdac Joins the Mabuchi Motor Group to Accelerate Growth Strategy
Enhancing global expansion through total solutions for confectionery and machinery
Masdac Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture; Chairman: Fumiharu Masuda; President : Nobuo Okuda) hereby announces that it has joined the Mabuchi Motor Group as a result of a share acquisition by Mabuchi Motor Co., Ltd.
Since its founding, the Company has established a unique business model as a “group of professionals in confectionery and machinery,” integrating the development and supply of confectionery manufacturing machinery with OEM contract manufacturing. Through this model, Masdac has provided consistent one-stop solutions covering everything from product development and mass-production equipment to manufacturing support.
We regard our participation in the Mabuchi Motor Group as a major turning point that will dramatically accelerate our growth strategy.
