株式会社マスダック（本社：埼玉県所沢市、代表取締役会長：増田 文治、代表取締役社長：奥田 信夫）は、この度、マブチモーター株式会社による株式取得によりマブチモーターグループに参画する運びとなりました。
当社はこれまで、「菓子と機械のプロフェッショナル集団」として、食品機械事業（FMAC)と食品製造事業（FPRO)の二本柱を持つ独自のビジネスモデルを確立し、両事業のシナジー効果を最大化することで持続的な成長を実現してまいりました。そして、両事業のシナジー効果を最大限に発揮し、持続的な成長を実現するとともに、双方の事業の競争優位性を磨き続けて参りました。

President’s Message on Joining the Mabuchi Motor Group
Masdac Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture; Chairman: Fumiharu Masuda; President : Nobuo Okuda) is pleased to announce that, through the acquisition of its shares by Mabuchi Motor Co., Ltd., the Company will join the Mabuchi Motor Group.
Since its founding, Masdac has established a distinctive business model as a “professional group in confectionery and machinery,” integrating its Food Machinery Business (FMAC) and Food Production Business (FPRO). By maximizing the synergies between these two businesses, we have achieved sustained growth while continuously strengthening the competitive advantages of each.
A key strength of Masdac lies in the fact that both the machinery “manufacturer” and the food “user” exist within the same company. This enables us to create value from the production floor—through optimized equipment operation, reduced loss, and improved quality—while simultaneously refining product capabilities from the user’s perspective. Building on this unique competitive advantage, Masdac has grown together with its customers since its establishment in 1957 as a company providing one-stop solutions, from confectionery product development and production equipment supply to contract manufacturing.
By joining the Group, we will be able to leverage Mabuchi Motor Co., Ltd.’s global network, automation technologies, strong management foundation, and diverse business assets. This will further enhance our core competence in delivering total solutions that combine confectionery and machinery, enabling us to provide our customers with even greater added value and more sustainable proposals than ever before.
At the same time, this Group integration will not change the values that have always been central to Masdac: our relationships with customers, our manufacturing capabilities rooted in the production floor, and our fundamental commitment to delivering value through a one-stop approach. Through this new partnership, we will further strengthen these strengths and contribute to our customers’ business growth as an even more reliable partner.
Going forward, as a member of the Mabuchi Motor Group, we will take on a new stage of growth, with a focus on food manufacturing services, the integrated trinity of machinery, OEM, and services, and the expansion of our global business.
