The cooker uses a highly pure copper cooking surface, which is great for heat transfer and heat retention, and a flat-surfaced, high-power heating element that can convey heat quickly and evenly to the cooking surface. No matter where you deposit the batter, at the edge or in the center, it will be cooked beautifully, evenly, and fast.
Great temperature control
The temperature can be adjusted in increments of 1℃. The cooker can be set to have a specific temperature at all times, allowing the resumption of baking after a temporary halt as well as continuous production.
