How to Use Tabletop Pancake Cooker<\/span><\/h2>\n

In this article, we will explain how to actually use your Tabletop Pancake Cooker after you receive it.<\/p>\n

Upon receiving your Tabletop Pancake Cooker\u2026<\/h3>\n

The Tabletop Pancake Cooker is delivered in two separate boxes. One contains the machine body, and the other contains the copper plate.<\/h4>\n

Remove the Tabletop Pancake Cooker from the box and set it up.
\nPlace it about 100 mm away from the surrounding walls, etc. (130 mm from the back).<\/p>\n

The machine body weighs approximately 21kg (total 34kg). It’s a bit heavy, so it’s safer to handle with two people.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

Also, take out the copper plate from the box and remove the packaging material.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Inside the box, you’ll find the machine body, copper plate, spanner (for adjusting machine height), gold spatula, and user manual.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

\nHold the copper plate longitudinally with the bolts on the left and right side down and place it on the machine body so that the grooves and bolts fit together.<\/p>\n

Make sure it is level<\/h3>\n

Once the copper plate is in place, check the level. You can also use a leveler or a smartphone app to check the level.
\nIf it is not level, adjust the height by turning the legs.<\/h4>\n

Lift the machine slightly and turn the leg to change the height. Because the machine is heavy, it is safer to do this by two people.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

Power on<\/h3>\n

Plug it into the outlet and turn on the power. There are two switches: one for the main body and one for the heater.
\nTurn on the power of the main body and the heater, and set the temperature of the heater.<\/h4>\n

The outlet is a single-phase 200V 20A<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n
\n
When the leftmost white switch (power supply) is turned on, the fan will run. Then turn the switch of the heater next to it to “ON”.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The heater’s temperature is displayed in red numbers. Use the \u25b3 button to increase the temperature and the \u25bd button to decrease it. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the desired temperature, depending on the ambient temperature.
\nNote: The buttons “SET” and “MODE” next to \u25bd\u25b3 are not used (they do not respond when pressed).<\/p>\n

The temperature is set to 192\u2103. The initial copper plate temperature was 11\u2103 and it took about 26 minutes to reach 192\u2103.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

Once the temperature is up, it is ready to be used.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

After use\u2026<\/h3>\n

Turn the heater\u2019s power “OFF”.
\nNote: Do not turn off the leftmost power switch until the copper plate temperature drops below 60\u2103. (When the fan stops, it is difficult for the temperature of the copper plate to drop.)<\/h4>\n

When the heater is turned off, the red numbers will display “dsrp”. Wait for the copper plate temperature to drop (keeping the lid open helps it cool faster).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Wipe off any burnt spots on the copper plate and surrounding dirt (dry wiping is sufficient).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Once the temperature drops below 60\u2103, turn off the power switch.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

\nYou don’t need to clean or remove the copper plate daily during production. If it accumulates black dirt, clean it with detergent, etc.<\/p>\n
