It was such an enjoyable process! \u2728\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"detail__subTitle\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"detail__list\">\n<li>Mixed flours M16 (white taiyaki mix by The Torigoe Co., Ltd.)\uff1a900g<\/li>\n<li>Cake flour Violet (NISSHIN SEIFUN)\uff1a90g<\/li>\n<li>Baking powder\uff1a27g<\/li>\n<li>Trehalose (Hayashibara Co., Ltd.)\uff1a225g<\/li>\n<li>Egg white\uff1a630g<\/li>\n<li>Glycerin\uff1a162g<\/li>\n<li>Water\u2780\uff1a243g<\/li>\n<li>Cooking oil\uff1a225g<\/li>\n<li>Water\u2781\uff1a306g<\/li>\n<p>\u3010Flavor, coloring\u3011<\/p>\n<li>Jupe Sakura (NARIZUKA CORPORATION)\uff1a27g<\/li>\n<li>Red food coloring (Kyoritsu Shokuhin, Inc.)\uff1a some<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"detail__subTitle\">How to make the batter<\/h3>\n<p class=\"detail__text\">Mix together the mixed flours, cake flour, baking powder, and trehalose.<br \/>\nOnce partially blended, incorporate the previously mixed water\u2780 and glycerin, followed by the egg whites. Transfer everything to a mixer and blend until smooth, with no lumps. Then add the cooking oil and mix again.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"detail__text\">After the powders and liquids are well combined, cover the mixture with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature (around 20\u00b0C) for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nOnce rested, add water\u2781 to adjust the consistency of the batter.\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"detail__twoColumn\">\n<div class=\"detail__twoColumn__inner\">\n<figure class=\"detail__twoColumn__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masdac.co.jp\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG_1391-1.jpg\"\" \/><figcaption class=\"detail__image__caption\">Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"detail__twoColumn__inner\">\n<figure class=\"detail__twoColumn__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masdac.co.jp\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG_1395-1.jpg\"\" \/><figcaption class=\"detail__image__caption\">After the 30-minute rest, adjust the viscosity of the batter by adding water\u2781.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"detail__twoColumn\">\n<div class=\"detail__twoColumn__inner\">\n<figure class=\"detail__twoColumn__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masdac.co.jp\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG_1427-1.jpg\"\" \/><figcaption class=\"detail__image__caption\">The viscosity of the batter should be between 10 dPa\/s and 15 dPa\/s. This time, it was 13 dPa\/s. The specific gravity was 1.2.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"detail__twoColumn__inner\">\n<figure class=\"detail__twoColumn__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masdac.co.jp\/media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG_1515-1.jpg\"\" \/><figcaption class=\"detail__image__caption\">Add your desired amount of Jupe Sakura or red food coloring to finish the batter.<br \/>\nTo add color, dissolve powdered coloring in water to create a coloring solution. Just squeeze the batter into any shape you like\u2014circles, diagonals, or swirls\u2014and cook as usual.
