New device "HEAT PLUS" which is super heated steam injection system is equipped. MASDAC adopted it for the first time as confectionery oven. The advantages of HEAT PLUS are (1) higher drying efficiency and (2) keeping natural food color and flavour. MASDAC will show cookie production line that is combined with MASDAC depositor "System deploy Evolution II".

MASDAC renew the whole design of tunnel steamer in order to increase accessibility for cleaning. MASDAC Ultra-low-pressure secondary steam generator and pre-heat zone contribute manufacturing of high quality steam products. MASDAC will show steam cake production line that is combined with MASDAC depositor "System deploy Evolution II".

The dorayaki concept is an original Japanese pancake concept. Masdac dorayaki machine is a fully automated production line with capacities up to 10,000 pieces per hour (3,000 T annually). MASDAC will exhibit SDR-KAM-24GA which capacity is 2400 sandwiches per hour connecting with wrapping machine. The line equips new function of automatic temperature control system and pre-mix gas supply system. MASDAC will demonstrate sandwich pancake with savoury fillings such as Curry and Chili, it can be snack or meal.

MASDAC depositor "SYSTEM DEPORY Evolution II" is able to deposit and form with corresponding to not only various soft batter and hard dough depositing, but also topping, cream filling and decorating. MASDAC will show accurate piston type depositor and versatile rotor type depositor which is combined with thermal media tunnel oven line and fine up tunnel steamer line.

3 in 1 multi-purpose confectionery maker SYSTEM ONE is able to complete depositing dough and batter, heat pressing tartlet cup and depositing fillings by oneself.

COMPACT DORAYAKI BAKING MACHINE enables to bake not only standard pancake but also thinly pancake like a crape by additional equipment. We will demonstrate new concept white dorayaki.
