MASDAC develop and manufacture various oven & steamer which are the most suitable for various cake. As for far infrared rays gas oven we have tunnel type "STO" and steel band type "SBOS" .The oven equips our original "Thermal media board", high combustion efficiency "SN burner" ,"Color liquid crystal touch panel" .
MASDAC Oven produces beautiful brown and soft cake, because of mastering Baking.

The baking ; It is never so simple nor easy as you know. We are always requested very strict and delicate baking conditions by customers such as the bigness of flame, calorie of burners, proper time and temperature or so. Moreover, under the circumstance, we have to perform the baking art as skilful craftsman do in his fuzzy control. On the other hand, we must also make up the easy and safety operating system of oven that the amateur or part-timer can do the above.
It is our Thermal Media Oven to reconcile the ease of driving and good taste of products. This oven is designed to emit Infrared-Ray so that it may feature that the heat goes into the center of products, not only baking the surface of cake. As the result, the surface of cake becomes thin and soft, accordingly the cake itself becomes so puffy. And by adoption of Colored Liquid Crystal Touch Panel, the operation becomes so easy. Moreover the BSC system which controls the every burner one by one makes it possible to realize high precision heat control.

  Superior Safety Systems(Durability and heat-resistant structure)
The oven body uses an expansion structure able to absorb thermal expansion and contraction. The result is outstanding durability and heat resistance through long-term use. The inner and outer walls of the oven body are completely isolated from each other, minimizing heat radiation from oven walls and preventing the room temperature from rising. Oven bodies can be built in one-meter units to suit the installation location and your other needs. The simple design uses no gas pipes under the oven body, allowing easy cleaning underneath.

 ●Two conveyor methods for delicious baked results
  A tunnel oven is one in which dough is fed into the oven and baked as it moves. There are two types,
  with different conveyor methods.

 “STO” tunnel ovens use baking sheets or baking moulds placed on a “caterpillar” conveyor belt for
  baking. The dough is deposited onto the sheets or into baking moulds, so this type is mainly suited for
  molded products. The product can be different for each baking sheet, which is ideal for medium-volume
  production of diverse types. These ovens can easily be built into mass production lines and are easy to
  maintain.

 ”SBOS” band ovens bake the products which are deposited the dough directly onto a steel belt. No
  baking sheets are used, so the related time and costs are avoided. Full automation is easy, making
  “SBOS” ovens ideal for mass production of fewer product types.
  They also come with extensive equipment, such as the following:
  ● Automatic band position correction system.
  ● Tracking idler.
  ● Oil wiper.
  ● Waste remover
  ● Band cleaner (optional)
  ● Oil coating system for belt surface pretreatment (optional).

  1. Safety exhaustion
    The oven interior is vented to remove gas residues before ignition.
  2. Abnormal gas pressure switch
    Abnormal gas pressure is detected and the emergency shutoff valve is then closed. An alarm is sounded at the same time.
  3. Lower Air pressure switch
    Declining air pressure in the turbo blower is detected, and the gas shut-off valve is closed.
  4. Gas leak sensor
    When gas leaks, the suction-type gas leak detector simultaneously sounds an alarm and closes the emergency shut-off valve.
  5. Explosion-prevention venting
    The oven body is equipped with one window in each three-meter oven section. The windows open with a slight pressure and minimize damage in the event of an explosion.
  6. Abnormal high temperature detector
    The emergency shut-off valve closes when temperature inside the oven rises above 300 °C.
    The set temperature can be varied up to 400 °C.
  7. Error display
    When an error occurs, a buzzer sounds and the LCD panel on the control board displays the reason for the error.
  8. Emergency stop switch.
    This button causes an automatic stop of all motors and closure of the gas shutoff valve.
  9. Burner flame detection.
    If the burner does not light after 14 seconds of continuous spark, the solenoid valve for gas attached to each individual burner closes.
  10. Insulation materials
    Information on insulation materials used in our ovens.

    Our company has developed and manufactures a tunnel oven since 1966 and a tunnel steamer since 1972. 
    As for the material of insulator for the caterpillar type & steel band type tunnel ovens and tunnel steamers & box steamers, we use rock wool, glass wool and ceramic fiber at present. We had used asbestos and asbestos board in one part of insulator for the oven which we manufactured before 1989 and steamer which we manufactured before 1985.
    And we had used the packing which had contained asbestos in the oven which we manufactured after 1989. Then we have changed the packing which is not containing asbestos since August 2005. 
    Therefore the oven and the steamer which we are manufacturing don’t contain any asbestos and asbestos containing product as insulator.
