Bakkersland was formed in 1999, and is an organization in which a large number of independent industrial bakeries have joined forces, combining hundreds of years of baking experience and traditional craftsmanship and expertise.

Bakkersland operates throughout Europe and has 24 production branches in the Netherlands and sales office in various European countries. With a turnover in excess of 350 million euros and a staff of 3,000 employees, the company is one of the top ten in the European Bakery & Pastries Industry.

This time Bakkersland was licensed from Walt Disney, and introduced MANJU FUNCAKE machine to produce Disney characters' cake.

In the cake custard cream, jam and  chocolate cream are used as a filling. As for character goods market, there were many kinds of  cookies and biscuits as a character goods until now, Bakkersland introduced new type of character cake in the European market.
