The 2008 International Food Machinery & Technology Exhibition (FOOMA JAPAN), organized by the Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers’ Association, was held May 27-30 at Tokyo Big Sight.
At this year’s event, MASDAC Co., Ltd. exhibited their New Unit-type Depositing and Forming Machine, “System Depoly Evolution II,” three types of Sandwich Pancake Machines as well as a Tunnel Oven.


A steady stream of visitors dropped by the MASDAC booth each day of the event: our sincerest thanks go to each and every one.

MASDAC also displayed three types of depositing units and four continuous tart-forming systems.

[Overview of Exhibit]
To demonstrate the waterproof capacity of the System Depoly Evolution II, we subjected the entire machine to a shower of water. Other demonstrated functions included the forming of dough into a variety of shapes.
Visitors’ comments were unanimously positive:
“The waterproofing also has the advantage of preventing dust and dirt from entering the equipment.”
“Smartly designed; it looks easy to clean.”
“It’s easy to find dirt at one’s feet, and it looks extremely versatile.”
“The safety cover and so on proves you’re concerned about on-the-job safety.”

　
Sandwich Pancake Machine
We also exhibited a range of Sandwich Pancake Machines, from compact to fully automatic.
Demonstrations included production of dorayaki, sandwich pancakes and ayu-yaki.

Japanese as well as non-Japanese visitors enjoyed samples of sandwich pancakes from the machines on exhibit.

Far Infrared Radiation Tunnel Oven, “Thermal Media Oven”
Booth staff used the Thermal Media Oven to bake the sesame potato cakes that had been deposited and formed by the System Depoly Evolution II.
